We’re happy to announce the launch of Webready Messaging, the newest addition to our apps. Reply to your guest messages from within Webready or directly from your email.

What is Webready Messaging?

Webready Messaging allows you to view and respond to messages from your inquiries, bookings and contact forms, directly in Webready. Use templates to quickly reply to guests and with the use of email notifications, you can be alerted when you get a new message. Replying while on the go is now easy and you’ll be able to view and respond from your email. There’s even an option to define spam filters so you choose what conditions will mark a message as spam.

How does Webready Messaging work?

With Webready Messaging all of your messages will be arranged in a message inbox, separated based on if they were sent from inquiries, bookings or contact forms. You will be able to view and respond to them in Webready. You will also be able to create pre-defined templates that you can send to guests, speeding up communication.

The Email Notifications section allows you to set up email addresses that will be notified of new messages. This can be customized for the different message sources and can be set depending on rental and/or website. Once notifications are set up, you will be able to reply to your messages from your mobile device while on the go.

Lastly, our powerful spam filter feature gives you control to specify values within messages that you want to automatically flag as spam.

How do I get Webready Messaging and what is the cost?

If you’re already a Webready user then activating Webready Messaging is very easy. Simply navigate to the Messages section in Webready, click on the Spam icon in the left Messages panel then click “Subscribe” which will take you directly to this product in the App Store, where you will be able to complete the payment. This convenient app is priced at US$4.99.
